Founder & CEO
Leah Tissue
As the founder and managing partner of PCS, Leah Tissue brings over two decades of experience in healthcare administration. With a strong background in medical credentialing, she has successfully guided countless providers through the complexities of enrollment and compliance across a wide range of payors. Leah is dedicated to empowering physicians and healthcare providers by helping them build thriving independent practices and optimize their revenue streams.
When she’s not working, Leah loves spending time with her family and their three playful dachshunds, Frank, Beanz, and Meeko.

Senior Technical Consultant
Brian Tissue
Brian Tissue has a strong background in IT, Linux, cybersecurity, and networking, with experience in both education and the corporate sector. He started as a Network Administrator for Marshall County Schools before moving on to a Fortune 500 company as a Sr. Linux Systems Administrator.
As IT Director at Madison Academy, he led a major network overhaul, helping the school become one of the first in Alabama with 1Gbps Internet. He later joined NASA’s NICS contract through SAIC as a Sr. Linux Administrator, working with cybersecurity tools, VMware, and system security.
A retired U.S. Army veteran, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Leah Tissue, cooking, and fishing.

Provider Enrollment Specialist
Jasmine Parker
Jasmine Parker is dedicated to ensuring that healthcare providers and organizations can focus on patient care while she navigates the complexities of enrollment, contracting, and compliance. With a true passion for medical credentialing, she thrives on the challenges and rewards of helping providers through the process. Her role requires patience, attention to detail, and persistence—qualities she has fully embraced.
Outside of work, Jasmine values quality time with her family, whether it's sharing a meal, making memories, or simply enjoying a quiet evening together. She also finds joy in coloring, a creative and relaxing way to unwind.

Credentialing Assistant
Nicole McCowen
Nicole McCowen brings four years of experience in the insurance industry and is recognized for her strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. She is eager to expand her knowledge, build meaningful professional relationships, and support the credentialing process by ensuring provider applications and documentation move forward efficiently.
Outside of work, Nicole is a devoted wife and mother to three boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family—cheering from the sidelines at a ball field or traveling together.
